It is thanks to Jemel El Alaoui that Mur et Prestige came into being. This luxury real estate enthusiast took his first steps in the high-end market back in 2007, after graduating from Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse. As soon as he returned to Morocco, he was appointed brand development manager for the developer known as “Prestigia,” a brand specializing in luxury real estate programs, at Morocco's largest real estate group, Addoha. His integration and expertise enabled him to contribute significantly to the commercial development of the “Bouskoura Golf City” project in Casablanca and the “Marrakech Golf City” project in Marrakech.
In 2009, a new opportunity arose for Jemel El Alaoui, now armed with his knowledge of the local market and his portfolio of contacts, this time with the French group Alain Crenn. Jemel El Alaoui's first assignment with the prestigious French group was as sales manager at the Marrakech Golf Resort “Le Samanah Country Club,” a project offering sumptuous golf villas and voted “Best Tourism and Golf Project in the World” in San Diego in 2009 by the International Property Awards. The second, still at the heart of the Alain Crenn group, was as sales and marketing director for the famous golf real estate project Les Résidences du Golf de Bouznika Bay.
Mur et Prestige est venue donc compléter ce brillant parcours dans une logique d’entrepreneuriat et de création de la valeur. Jemel El Alaoui a créé sa propre agence immobilière à Marrakech en faisant de l’immobilier de luxe et notamment des villas à Marrakech un cœur de métier en bonne et due forme.
