This luxury real estate<\/strong> enthusiast took his first steps in the high-end market back in 2007, after graduating from Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse. As soon as he returned to Morocco, he was appointed brand development manager for the developer known as \u201cPrestigia,\u201d a brand specializing in luxury real estate programs, at Morocco's largest real estate group, Addoha. His integration and expertise enabled him to contribute significantly to the commercial development of the \u201cBouskoura Golf City\u201d project in Casablanca and the \u201cMarrakech Golf City\u201d project in Marrakech.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In 2009, a new opportunity arose for Jemel El Alaoui, now armed with his knowledge of the local market and his portfolio of contacts, this time with the French group Alain Crenn. Jemel El Alaoui's first assignment with the prestigious French group was as sales manager at the Marrakech Golf Resort<\/strong> \u201cLe Samanah Country Club<\/strong>,\u201d a project offering sumptuous golf villas and voted \u201cBest Tourism and Golf Project in the World\u201d in San Diego in 2009 by the International Property Awards.
